The Hilton Atlanta and Marriott Marquis are located in downtown Atlanta just off of Courtland Street (on either side). The surrounding area contains several restaurants, supermarkets within a few blocks, drug stores, several different parking options and other features.
Food Options
Peachtree Center Mall is located one block from the convention hotels. It features shops, convenience stores, numerous fast food options, Benihana’s, a few pubs and other amenities that are very useful to the con-goer. New to the mall is a CVS, and a Bank of America is located just outside of the Peachtree St. entrance. The MARTA station is located underneath the mall; during daytime hours attendees can utilize the Mall to reach the Marriott Marquis and Atlanta Hilton (the con hotels) without even going out to the street!
Other local options include Pitty Pat’s Porch, Alma Cochina, Hooters, the Hard Rock Cafe, and others. Inside the Hilton are the upscale Nikolai’s Roof (on the top floor), Trader Joes (with great Mai Tais), and the Southern Elements restaurant. Inside the Marriott are the steakhouse Sear, the sports bar High Velocity, and a beautiful sail bar Pulse. The hotels will also have kiosks with quick items like burgers and hotdogs or pizza.
Restaurants with Vegan and Vegetarian options in the area include: Chinese Buddha, Green Sprout, Mellow Mushroom, Village Pizza Company, Cecilia’s Bakeshop, Cafe Sunflower, The Olive Bistro, Dulce Vegan Bakery and Cafe, Healthful Essence, and Soul Vegetarian 2.
Necessities
The Peachtree Center Mall features a CVS that is open 24 hours (the Pharmacy has more limited hours), in case you need something at any hour of the night. Should you need further care, two hospitals are less than 1 mile from the Hilton (Grady Memorial and Emory University Medical). If you take a walk down West Peachtree Street, you will reach a Publix. Ask your hotel concierge for detailed information about these and other locations.
Atlanta

Parking
Valet and self-parking is available through the Hilton and Marriott for a fee (fees to be added at a later date, call each hotel for specifics, Marriott is valet only). There are several lots throughout downtown Atlanta a short distance from the hotels, including the Peachtree Center Deck which is across one street from the front entrance to the Hilton and attached to Peachtree Center Mall and the Marriott via a sky bridge. Wherever you park, make sure to note the overnight policies in the deck.
