MomoCon Hotel bookings will go live in late summer and remain active until early May (however some hotels do sell out quickly). You can always contact momocon@eventsphere.com at any time with hotel inquiries!
Programming and Panel Applications - Sept 1 - Feb 15
Submit your panels and events for MomoCon between Sept and Feb 15th! We are always looking for a few great panelists, and all accepted panelists receive a complementary weekend membership!

Artists Alley Jury Period - TBD
The jury open application period has not been confirmed at this time, but estimate around early December. We do not take applications after this date, and routinely have a very large wait list after the jury open period.
Volunteer Applications - Fall - May
A convention is only as good as the people who support it, so all MomoCon volunteers are more than appreciated! Volunteering for the event will be open soon, you can contact volunteers@momocon.com for more information!
Press Applications - Oct 1 - April 30
MomoCon welcomes qualified members of press, and media outlets to attend MomoCon for the purpose of coverage of the event, as well as for the coverage of partners, exhibitors, and speakers attending MomoCon. In the more than 300 applicants seen last year, we only accept those who had provided qualified credentials and/or a past history of coverage.
Disney Singing Contest Applications - Jan - Mar 1
We’re back for another year of Disney goodness at MomoCon! Join a host of singers as they compete for fabulous prizes singing their favorite Disney songs!
Submissions open Jan. For non-competitors, please join us on Saturday of MomoCon to hear some great performances! There are no restrictions on performers, but we do ask that out of courtesy, previous top prize winners refrain from entering again.
Anime Music Videos and V-Mix Competitions - Jan - April
