Silwen is an award-winning cosplayer with a specialty in sewing, corsetry, and Worbla. She first began to cosplay in 2014 by purchasing her costumes online. She soon realized that, to get the fit and quality she was looking for, she needed to learn to sew. Since then, she has developed her skills so that she now creates costumes from scratch, including custom pattern making. Additionally, she has been developing her skillset in 3D printing and silicone prosthetic molding to better enhance her upcoming designs. Wanting to give back to the cosplay community, she promotes body positivity, and mental health, while also teaching others the craft of costume creation.
