Dealers signups are open in the late fall (Oct 29th, noon EST). Details about vending in the FAQ below. Artists Alley jury period will be a different time period, Nov 5 for a 2 week open jury period. Indie game companies should check out the Indie Game page for information on exhibiting.
Extra tables, electrical needs, and other special accommodations will be provided through an outside company, accepted vendors will be provided with the necessary information before the con.

- Staples, nails, tacks, and other tapes are strictly prohibited on GWCC floors and walls.
- Exhibitors are not to deface any venue materials permanently.
- Signage, banners, or flyers are restricted to your allocated space. An additional table will be set up for excess flyers.
- Sales or distribution of adult-themed material are strictly prohibited, and MomoCon has the authority to judge the appropriateness of all displays. MomoCon does not permit the sales of AI created artwork.
- The sale or display of weapons and other questionable materials is forbidden.

- Standard booth: $950, $1,009.89 after Eventeny fees
- Standard booth (corner location): $1000, $1063.03 after Eventeny fees
- Premium location: $1000, $1063.03 after Eventeny fees
- Premium corner location: $1100, $1169.30 after Eventeny fees
Availability, and Setup
- The Exhibit Hall booth pricing varies by type and location, with additional processing fees. All booth prices exclude these processing fees.
- Exhibitors must respect boundaries and not encroach on neighboring spaces.
- No-shows risk losing their space, which might be sold at a discounted rate to waiting list patrons.
- Payment must be made during booth selection; otherwise, you risk forfeiting your space.
- The Exhibitor’s Hall is located on the ground floor of the Georgia World Congress Center. Selling outside of this area is prohibited.
- Each booth comes equipped with a 6-foot table in a 10×10’ curtained space and two chairs.
- Any additional needs, like power or extra tables, can be sourced from our partners, Edlen and Shepard.
- Exhibitors can reserve up to 8 spaces.
- Additional spaces may become available on Wednesday, May 21, the load-in day, at potentially reduced rates.
- Thursday: 2pm to 8pm
- Friday & Saturday: 10am to 7pm
- Sunday: 10am to 5pm
Note: Times might change based on room setup requirements. Exhibitors must exit by 9pm on Sunday, May 24.
Vendors are restricted to max of 8 booths.
Wednesday, specific time TBA. The convention begins Thursday at 2pm.
When the form goes live, we will have pre-allocated categories, and dealers will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis within their categories (e.g. we have three spots for kimono dealers, the first three kimono dealers who inquire will get those spots). The contract will be posted here at least one month prior to the registration date so that prospective dealers may read over the rules prior to registering.
The Georgia World Congress Center officially does not allow the sale of food products in the hall without direct GWCC agreements with the individual vendor, however MomoCon as an organization has no restrictions on sales of pre-packaged food items. Please be aware if you bring pre-packaged food items you do so at your own risk, we will defer to any requests from the venue should they arise. Fresh-made or non-packaged foodstuffs are not permitted at any time. 18+ age restricted items, decorative contact lenses, and adult products are not permitted to be sold at MomoCon at any time.
No bladed weapons, wooden weapons are allowed.
