• MomoCon is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
• ‘Momo’ means peach in Japanese, and Georgia is known as the Peach State.
• MomoCon 2025 had an economic impact in Atlanta of more than $42 million dollars.
• MomoCon started at Georgia Tech in 2005, as a part of the Georgia Tech anime and video game club.
• MomoCon limits its focus to the following categories: Animation, Gaming (Tabletop and Digital), and Comics.
• By limiting focus, it concentrates fans of those fandoms enhancing the value of exposure of partners targeting those fandoms as opposed to broader pop culture.
• MomoCon 2026 will be our 21st year.
• Cosplay is worn 1 in 3 of our attendees, and is very visible at the event with multiple cosplay meetups taking place every hour.
• MomoCon expects growth, from nearly 60,000 unique attendees in 2025 to over 65,000 unique attendees in 2026. In total more than 150,000 attendees over 4 days.
• MomoCon will have 700,000 sq ft for exhibitors and vendors in 2026, which is located in Hall B of the Georgia World Congress Center.
• MomoCon will have 350,000 sq ft for esports, digital gaming, and tabletop gaming demos and open play.
• MomoCon offers the opportunity for exhibitors and vendors to have locations within the gaming space, though that space is open to attendees for 24 hours.
• MomoCon has more sponsor opportunities that include badges, lanyards, program booklet ads, presenting naming rights to areas of the event, hanging signage, floor signage, party sponsorships, panels, special guests, and more.
• The Georgia World Congress Center is a non-union facility.
• Shepard is the general service contractor for MomoCon.
• Exhibitors are allowed to drive in during setup and breakdown at no added cost.
• Exhibitors can hand carry any product or booth equipment at no added cost.
• Exhibitors are allowed to setup the booth with their own labor, with the exception of rigging which must go through Shepard.
• Advanced Warehouse and Freight and Booth Delivery through Shepard is a flat fee. In 2025, that was $1.70 per lb.
• MomoCon 2026 Exhibitor setup will begin Tuesday May 18th, and be allowed until show open on Thursday May 21st at 2PM.
• MomoCon 2026 Exhibitor breakdown begins Sunday May 24th at 5PM, and is allowed through end of day on Monday May 25th.
• Pricing for MomoCon 2026 industry exhibitors is $16 per sq ft.
• Booths larger than 600 sq ft receive a 10% discount on the space.
• MomoCon has auditoriums and ballrooms that seat up to 2000 attendees in which we can host and livestream and record any panels or announcements.
• MomoCon welcomes more than 100 special guests who include voice actors, actors, game directors, animators, creators, streamers, youtubers, and cosplayers.
• MomoCon also has more than 500 panelists.
• MomoCon is located in the Sports, Entertainment, and Convention District of Atlanta which includes the Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, College Football Hall of Fame, Civil Rights Museum, Centennial Olympic Park, and the latest development of Centennial Yards which includes expanded venues and restaurants.
• MomoCon has 20 hotel partners, with reduced hotel room rates and a lowest rate clause.
• Exhibitors can access our hotel block to receive these reduced rates.
• There are two attached hotels to our convention center. 6 immediately adjacent hotels, and any further hotels are within a 20 minute walk with a free shuttle option.
