Sophia, better known as Story Teller Cosplay, started her journey like most cosplayers—falling in love with a character and wanting to dress up as them so she taught herself how to sew. That was more than 15 years ago and since then, her journey has brought her to do work for film & television, and worked on projects for companies like Atlus, SEGA, Viz Media, and Capcom, and also donated high quality prop replicas for Games Done Quick charity benefits. Not only does Sophia have industry level skills and an art background, she is an award-winning cosplayer who also runs her own small business specializing in resin accessories for cosplay. What started out as a hobby has become a life changing career for her—Story Teller Cosplay’s story is just beginning.
