Jessica Cronin is a professional Designer, Stylist and Fashion Historian. She holds a BA in Art History from Drew University and an MFA in Costume Design from Carnegie Mellon University and her design interests include historical clothing and fantasy / fashion concepts.
Jessica started her design career in New York working for the fashion brands – 6 Shore Road, Maggie Norris Couture, Calvin Klein and Adrianna Papell – where she rose from an unpaid intern to Associate Designer with work featured in national ad campaigns, editorial photoshoots and on the red carpet. Jessica eventually outgrew her Fashion Design career creatively and pivoted to pursue her dream of becoming a Costume Designer where she worked at the Tony Award Winning Williamstown Theatre Festival and in the Off Broadway New York theatre scene as a Designer, Associate and Assistant Designer where her work was featured and written about in the New York Times.
Jessica currently works in the film & television industry holding various roles as a Costume Designer, Assistant Designer, Key Costumer, Costumer, Ager/Dyer & Craft Artisan. Jessica also works as a Stylist for ad campaigns and for specialty event dressing. Jessica proud to announce that she is a member of the 2024 BERNINA Sewing Ambassador program, an IATSE Film Union member and a recipient of the Carnegie Mellon University Barbara Anderson Award for Mentorship in 2020. She loves her cats and to teach others about costuming crafts.
