For the last 9 years Nick Baran has been developing Stennard, a grimdark survival-horror campaign setting compatible with the Dungeon Crawl Classics RPG. Starting with the classic combination of a small town and dungeon, it has developed into a rich, uniquely flavored sandbox of terrors.
