The Georgia World Congress Center and Omni Hotel are located in Downtown Atlanta, off of Marietta street and bordered by Centennial Park and the Georgia Dome. The surrounding area contains several restaurants, supermarkets within a few blocks, drug stores, several different parking options and other features.
Restaurants in the area include a large food court with many fast food options in the CNN Center, higher end sit-down restaurants for a classy night out like Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and Legal SeaFoods, and many mid-price options, like Der Biergarten, Ted’s Montana Grill, and many others.
Restaurants with Vegan and Vegetarian options in the area include: Chinese Buddha, Green Sprout, Mellow Mushroom, Village Pizza Company, Cecilia’s Bakeshop, Cafe Sunflower, The Olive Bistro, Dulce Vegan Bakery and Cafe, Healthful Essence, and Soul Vegetarian 2.
Some interesting options also include the GameX experience, with food, a full bar and a large arcade, Cigar Times for smokers, and Googie Burger in the park (featuring alcoholic milkshakes for those over 21).
The Peachtree Center Mall a few blocks away features a CVS that is open 24 hours (the Pharmacy has more limited hours), in case you need something at any hour of the night. Should you need further care, two hospitals are very close to the venue (Grady Memorial and Emory University Medical). If you take a walk down West Peachtree Street, you will reach a Publix. Ask your hotel concierge for detailed information about these and other locations.

Self-parking is available at the GWCC Red Deck available, link TBA in early 2019. Red Deck parking is the closest, attached to the venue with an inclement weather bridge into the GWCC. Red Deck has offerings for single days (no overnight) and 2, 3, 4, and 5 day options with overnight included. Overnight passes run from 6am to 6am the next day, and include in/out privileges (single day passes do not).
This deck is underground, securely monitored at all times, and contains 5600 parking spaces. There are several lots throughout downtown Atlanta a short distance from the hotel and Convention Center. Wherever you park, make sure to note the overnight policies in the deck.
A full list of downtown parking is available here. Due to the event being located downtown, we recommend MARTA as an option for travel to and from the convention. The MARTA stop closest to the convention is Dome/GWCC/Philips Arena/CNN Station.
