Memberships to MomoCon are not refundable. Email us if you require a transfer or need to move your membership forward to the following year.

If you are unable to use the registration form, please email us.  We will work with you to find a solution.

MomoCon does not offer a discounted group registration at this time. Single-day memberships will only be available as a Walkup option on-site at the event and cannot be purchased in advance.

You will need a state-issued photo ID to pick up your pass. If you are under 16 or without ID, you will need a guardian present to sign for your badge. No exceptions. No one can pick up your badge without you present.

No replacement badges will be given for lost badges. Don't lose it!

If you order a t-shirt through the pre-registration system, you can pick it up at the MomoCon dealers table in the Dealer's Room at the convention. If you chose the Mailed option, your badge will be mailed to you approximately two weeks before the convention. You will not receive your badge after you order it, ALL MAILED BADGES WILL GO OUT TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE CONVENTION.  

Children under 5 are welcome to attend MomoCon with a parent for free.
