Closet Cosplay Contest
Do you have a great costume made from an old coat, boat shoes and a whole lot of swagger? Join our Closet Cosplay contest, where you don’t have to have made your costume, but you do have to wear it with confidence and strut your stuff on the catwalk! Rules are TBA at a later date. Contestants entering must be present for prejudging times on Friday, detailed in the rules document. Non-competing Walk-On entries are welcome.

MomoCon Rave
Dance the night away at the annual MomoCon Rave! We’ll have lights blazing, DJs spinning, a dedicated area for poi and many different styles of dance music ready for you until the wee hours of Sunday morning!

Anime Music Video Contest
Momocon is proud to present our second annual AMV Contest. This is an event where video editors from all around the world submit their anime music videos to compete for prizes, fame and bragging rights for an entire year. The top 5 videos in each category will be showcased during the contest, and the winners will be decided by popular vote from MomoCon attendees..

Craftsmanship Costume Contest
One of the most popular MomoCon events is the Craftsmanship Costume Contest, held Saturday evening. This contest features the best hand-crafted costumes from anime, animation and gaming that the convention has to offer!
All entrants for the contest must be present for pre-judging sessions early on Saturday, details are available in the rules document. Winners receive prize packs along with crystal trophies for top prizes!

In both costume contests, entrants may choose to display costumes only (with no judging for prizes), inquire at the costume contest table near Registration at the convention for more details.
