Dealers information is listed below in the Vendor Packet. Reservations will begin being taken at 10am on October 31st through this site (see below). Dealers space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis based on category of goods (so it is in the vendor's best interest to be descriptive in listing the type of goods sold.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1) How many tables/spaces can I get?  We have a limit of four tables per vendor.

2) What time is setup? TBA

3) How are dealers spaces handled when requested?  NO REQUESTS will be taken until Oct. 31st, when a form and alternate email go up on this page. We will have pre-allocated categories, and dealers will be handled on a first-come, first served basis within their categories (i.e. we have three spots for kimono dealers, the first three kimono dealers who inquire will get those spots).  The contract will be posted here on Oct. 15th so that prospective dealers may read over the rules prior to Oct. 31st.

4) Can I vend food/adult materials? Yes to food, no to adult materials.

5) Can I vend weapons?  No bladed weapons.

5) Will there be side rooms for extra dealers?  No. All dealers will be located in one large ballroom. Pictures of the venue will be posted in late October.
